This is the worst experience I ever had with a provider in all my life. She doesn’t make eye contact during visits. Her bedside manner is zero out of 10- She’s late to visits. She invited me into a visit where she was already in a visit with another. Patient violating her HIPAA rights. Then had the nerve to ask for all my medical records which I supplied her then decides to say oh sorry I can’t take you on as a patient. Went here for my C&P exam and I will say, Mrs Brenda Dean was everything! She really took her time with me and listened to everything. These exams can be very stressful leading up because you never know who you will get but I am very happy to have gotten someone who genuinely cares!
Got sent to Paramount Health and Wellness for a C & P Exam for the Veterans Association. (VA). I was informed that Veterans Evaluation Services contacted Paramount Health and Wellness for further info on my exam. I contacted Paramount and before I could give my name to the receptionist, I was told that Paramount didn’t have any records of my exam. I will be making a visit with them tomorrow and send an update tomorrow.
Paramount Health and wellness is a good place to go when it comes to yourt health and wellness. It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. They are very professional and caring. They attends to your needs as quickly as possible. Answer all your questions and concerns. I love my experience with them.
