We purchased cellular shades and draperies from Paramount and could not be more pleased with the results! They had a variety of fabrics to choose and offered suggestions to ensure the perfect match for our decor. Andy and Ellen kept us up to date on the progress of our order and arrived at appointments on time. The ordered items were installed and fit perfectly. We will definitely use them again for our window treatment needs.
I am very pleased with the installation of our top down bottom up blinds. I appreciate Andy’s advice on doing two large ones rather than each window. I covered the headrail with valences to hide that. He also took the time to repair the pull cords on some old Hunter Douglas top down bottom up shades so work well and they look much better too.
There is a reason this company gets such terrific reviews - Great Customer Service!! They also have reasonable prices and a wide range of products. After years of selecting Hunter Douglas, I chose Garber Roller shades instead and couldn't be happier! Plus I know that if anything goes wrong, Andy and his staff will make it right.
Andy and his staff were very professional and helpful throughout the process of adding shades to my new home. We had one issue and they were prompt in correcting it. I'm extremely satisfied with the shades.
OUTSTANDING! Andy & Elizabeth are two amazing people who make buying window coverings a joy. They are so easy to work with and Andy is so accommodating by coming out to the house several times to help us with our decision. No pressure sales, comfortable demeanor and a honest businessman.
