I hired Chef Fabian from Paramount Fresh Catering for my retirement party in June 2026. Oh my gosh!!! He exceeded all my expectations!! From the first phone call to the last, Chef Fabian made me feel that my event was the only one he had on his schedule. (And he had three events that day!!) His communication was over the top. This weekend we had 2 meals catered by Paramount Fresh Catering for 140 football players and coaches from New Orleans that came to play in Dallas. The quality and the custom made menu were absolutely delicious !!! The coaches wanted high protien and a well balanced meals. On top of the quality of food they went overboard with the quantity. I booked Paramount Fresh for my wedding. They were fantastic. The service was A+. The food was amazing all my guests are still talking about it. The Chef responded in a timely manner to all my questions and inquiries. Worked with budget we told them. Upfront about pricing the initial quote included all fees and breakdown of pricing. Highly highly recommend.
Working with Chef Fabian of Paramount Fresh Catering was a seamless experience. From first email to call, he brought my events food vision to life. Leading up to day of coordination, communication was fantastic. When you pair an amazing experience with phenomenal food you couldn't ask for a better Chef! I highly recommend Chef Fabian!
