I just purchased a used Ford F-150. Due to the mileage of the truck I needed the transmission fluid charged. This is for the finance manager who I left numerous messages for and called 3 times today who wont return calls I had just a few simple questions about my warranty and gap insurance that could have been answered in 5 minutes. Apparently he is way to busy to return a call anytime of the day and really any day. So good luck if you ever have questions for finance because they dont return calls. I am also in the market for a new Ford F150 and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Mason was very helpful and kind! I had the pleasure of speaking to him over the phone. He answered all my questions and was able to set me up an appointment to come look at a car. Once I arrived for my appointment, he was tied up helping another client so he introduced me to Tanner who ended up being my car salesman.
