Awesome experience, found the truck that had everything I had been looking for. The salesman was great and professional.
I had a simple ask that if a technician needs to test drive my vehicle that I be present In the vehicle. I don’t know the technicians and don’t trust someone I don’t know. The service manager was rude and condescending about my simple request, whether company policy, you did not need to be rude if he couldn’t accommodate this. He stated his technicians get the keys to $500k cars. My cars value is no where near that but I appreciate my car.
