I highly recommend the dealership, the finance manager and our great salesman Glenn. He went above and beyond to get us in our new Hyundai Tucson Limited. We drove from Gastonia to Valdese to look at a vehicle that did not meet our family needs. Glenn listened to what we needed and then showed us the Tucson. We fell in love with it. Glenn was knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles. Great team! I highly recommend.
Just ok. They refuse to move on the price at all on an expedition. we ended up buying it but it had some issues that needed to be taken care of and they would not take care of all of them, even though several of them were very much covered under warranty. the night that I got it home the screen started flickering and turning off at random. I just took it up to Tindol Ford in Gastonia and they took care of all of the issues that Paramount did not want to deal with and got them covered under warranty. it's not that I wouldn't ... read more
