This really is the best dealership to buy a vehicle. This is the second one I purchased from them. The first time a few years ago the salesman was Brandon, and he was awesome. Helped us in everyway to get the truck we wanted. This time the salesman was Doug, and you couldnt ask for a better experience at a car dealership. Great experience, Mark Robinson made the process easy and hassle-free. We are out of town, and he did a full walk-through of the car and had it waiting for us when we got there. We were promptly in a snow storm after that and the Jeep worked great, just as advertised.

I saw the truck online and went to look at it and Kasey said someone else was looking at it but if they didn’t buy it he would call me and let me look at it.They didn’t so he called me and I went back and test drove it and liked it but when we settled on a price I found out that the sunroof didn’t work so he talked to his sales manager who said that they would fix it if I didn’t cost too much so they called me on the following Monday and said they would get it fixed and I could get it for the price we agreed to. Sales person was very helpful, pleasant, no pressure at all to buy the vehicle. Enjoyed speaking with him. The Finance guy was like-wise very nice. In fact, the nicest Finance dealer guy I have ever worked with. Not only the nicest but zero pressure to pick upgrades. The only suggestion I could make is for the dealership to begin using Electronic Funds Transfer. This would make transfers of money easier and secure.
