While their workmanship and price are great, their customer service is severely lacking. The communication has been nonexistent. Promises regarding timetables have been broken repeatedly with excuses for every one of them. I have been told they would arrive on a certain day or time and they are either 3 or more hours late or they dont show up at all. I have worked with Paramount Fence for close to ten years now. They have installed all sorts of fencing for me, in both commercial and residential applications. Their pricing, workmanship, and professionalism are all excellent. I will continue to work with Paramount fence in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have fencing work done - from chain link, to wood, to vinyl... gates, enclosures, and guardrails... new installations and repairs. They are my only call.
The first time I used Paramount was to install over 4 miles of chain link fencing on a large construction project in the mid-nineties. Since then I have used Paramount for much smaller commercial and temporary fencing projects with no problems. They have always been timely and provided us the service we needed. I always call to Bill with my fencing needs.
