I give you PFO five stars, but it didn't start that way at first my initial post would of been maybe a one for communication patient service. However that turned around real quick thanks to Melinda, there was a little hiccup with my insurance verification but Melinda had me come back and guarantee she would fix it and she did. I'm giving this office a 5 star review because of Kimberly, she was helpful and patient with me while I determined the eyeglasses that fit me best. Her attitude before and after my appointment was both refreshing and appreciated, she never rushed me, I wasn't just another patient. Honestly, at one point I felt I had spoken to everyone in the office and each person was more helpful than the last. Thank you ladies for your warmth and kindness!
I had a great experience. It was fast service with a knowledgeable staff. They also have good frames. I would go back again.
