Paramount Exteriors made my experience with dealing with hail damage to my house easier than I would have thought possible. Before I spoke with Trey at Paramount, I was in a bind with my insurance company. Trey assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry. Trey not only handled the haggling with the insurance company but also organized the various repairs that needed to be done by multiple crews (new shingles, vents, gutters, garage door, etc). I want to start off by saying I take writing reviews like this very seriously. I wouldn't put anything out there that is false or embellished. I take people's livelihoods seriously especially since I've personally been on unemployment before and empathize how stressful running a private business can be. Great roofing company. Owner personally came out to inspect roof. He worked with my insurance to get items covered insurance missed. Trey the project manager kept me up to date on whole process. Owner even stopped by several times during install. The roofers were hard workers and cleaned up very well. Couldn't tell they were there. Need a roof done call this company.
Paramount was so helpful in our storm repair journey! Trey was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and courteous! He even convinced the insurance company we needed more money to complete the necessary repairs. The work crew was tidy and efficient. From start to finish Paramount was there!!
Trey was very professional and helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
