I wouldn’t recommend Paramount Estimating for any cost estimates or material take-offs. After cross-checking their estimate against the issued drawings and schedules, I identified multiple material accuracy issues, including quantity/scope mismatches (roof cladding, ceiling lining and several floor-finish areas), omissions (ceiling insulation and two domestic water tanks), and inconsistencies with the door/window schedules.
