If I could give zero stars I would. Not forthcoming with charges. Will change a basic cleaning to a complete oral exam to fill there schedule. Manager does not make her staff take accountability for there bad behavior or not making the staff follow proper protocol when it comes to billing or Pre-determination so patient doesn't have to pay. Instead she will blame the patient for not checking their insurance coverage, when in fact that is the job of her inadequate staff. I’m extremely disappointed with my visit. I was not told in advance what was being done nor the amount that I will be charged. The Doctor barely spoke to me, and I felt so frustrated and confused. My family and I will not be returning.
