I had an awesome experience here today with both the X-ray technician and the dentist. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. However, the front desk staff could benefit from some additional customer service and people-skills training. Their attitudes—or lack thereof—could potentially deter patients from wanting to return.
