Darren Brocki and paramount container are soooo bad at communicating , won’t call you back will not get on the phone , barely email you back if this business is doing badly this is why and I’m sure they are , they literally don’t care it’s like your bothering them in a nut shell they suck do not do business with these clowns
When I started my business I needed custom boxes. Paramount is a family owned business and they work with huge companies like Toyota, etc. They took my small order and walked me through the process. Creating custom boxes is a tedious and long process, and Eric Brocki was great to work with. He is very responsive and helpful. My business requested a quote form Paramount and dealt with Darren Brocki . The process took months and the pricing we received was too high and we were getting lower quotes from other companies . We decided to get the boxes elsewhere . Darren Brocki filed a small claims lawsuit against us for tooling even thought he was still negotiating pricing. Paramount container has been our box supplier for 11 years; Eric always drives out to our facility to ensure our boxes are made to our specifications and even makes mock-ups to ensure they are perfect. They always give us insight into the best pricing, and have never let us down once. If you need custom boxes or foam inserts, they should be your go-to company. We ship 5000 boxes weekly minimum and couldn't do it without Paramount.
