I witnessed one of your trucks almost hit a motorcyclist on 29 in front of Northside 29 today. Luckily, the cyclist was able to stop quickly and avoid being hit. The truck then proceeded to speed up to the bike - black smoke coming out of the exhaust - something was exchanged out of the window and he swerved his vehicle toward attempting to hit the cyclist.
