I showed up thinking I would need to buy a new windshield wiper motor, and instead the man in the office quickly identified that it was only a loose nut and he fixed it on the spot, no charge. I'm definitely going to use this shop for everything in the future thanks to the simple honesty that displays.
I’ve dealt with dozens, if not hundreds of auto repair shops over my lifetime and NO ONE has been as perfect as Paramount. Jerry is the most honest auto repair shop owner I’ve ever met; he has proven his honesty to me on 3 different occasions. Wonderful garage—worked me in on short notice and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Went back with another car because we were so pleased and had a similar great experience. Wholeheartedly recommend!
