I showed up thinking I would need to buy a new windshield wiper motor, and instead the man in the office quickly identified that it was only a loose nut and he fixed it on the spot, no charge. I'm definitely going to use this shop for everything in the future thanks to the simple honesty that displays.

I’ve dealt with dozens, if not hundreds of auto repair shops over my lifetime and NO ONE has been as perfect as Paramount. Wonderful garage—worked me in on short notice and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Went back with another car because we were so pleased and had a similar great experience. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Honesty is the best policy. I had a very disappointing experience with this place this past week. This place was recommended to me by Brown's (I had previously gotten work done on my car by Brown's but they have dropped their services to brakes and oil only) I took my car in for very concerning noises that sounded like structural issues within the car's frame or perhaps CV issues.
