My original review was a very positive one when I got an oil change from this place for the first time. Matt is a very amicable guy. That's where it ends. The morning after I got the oil change, upon a cold start of the car, the engine, very briefly, shook violently, and the check engine light came on, never had happened before. I took it back to paramount, and Matt said it was coil number two misfiring. He changed the coil for nearly $400. Car drove fine until the very next day when it shook violently again. Paramount is OUTSTANDING, a really old-fashioned mechanic (take this the best way imaginable): professional, immensely competent, communicative and inexpensive. I was from out-of-state, nearly lost a wheel and froze a brake assembly on the other side of the rear axle on the Beltway. The owner showed me every step of the problem and even gave me the fragmented bits of the bearings to show my hometown mechanic. Badass Miracle Worker is absolutely right!
