I just recently moved in my first apartment IMM has made this process so easy! And has been there every step of the way Maya Moore answered all my questions even if stupid. Making me comfortable in every way.
My experience here has been mixed. My water heater has been broken for 7 months, and maintenance has attempted to fix it 3 times with no resolution. Going this long without a proper fix for hot water is unacceptable. While other aspects of the apartment are fine, this ongoing issue is a major concern.
My name is Loretta. I live at Paramount at the Bluffs. I have no issues whatsoever with Miss brittini . I’ve only lived in an apartment for a total of maybe seven years none of which had manager on site. Any issues I have had have not been major and they have been resolved relatively quickly. Other than raising the rent, I have no qualms with brittini or my apartment or the neighbors I find brittini to be very professional, very friendly and understanding.
We absolutely love our apartment! Just signed another lease! The property managers are absolutely amazing and have taken all of our concerns seriously! When we first got our apartment I was so afraid because of the things I had heard about IMM, but these girls squashed that and have made the Paramount at the Bluffs an absolute dream! 10/10 I even recommended a friend to move in and she just signed her lease so excited!!!
Very nice neighborhood. Everyone around us is very friendly. Ashley Robinson made the experience exciting & was very informative. I definitely see my family staying here for quite some time.
