I entered into a contract for the purchase of a property from their CEO Jeffrey Goldstein. At the beginning , Goldstein indicated that there was no structural problems and no water damage. We agreed that if a professional inspection found 2.5K in damage and that damage was NOT cosmetic that he had the option of making the repairs or I could exit the contract.
