I want to extend my gratitude to Paramount and its team. I work as a healthcare social worker and most currently was with a family in crisis. Paramount responded immediately to my call and was there to assist in transferring my client. I can not thank you enough for the good work you do.
My mother had to be transported from Mercy in Dubuque to Mercy in Cedar Rapids for kidney failure and The doctor only gave my mother 24 hr to live in Dubuque at mercy but you all saved her life she lived another 15 years thanks so much God Bless you all

The shuttle has picked up my husband several times, the first time he knew he was being transported by someone other then myself he was petrified but tim eased his concern and now don always asks to have Tim pick him up and when he is coming, he trusts tim to transport him without any problems he doesn't always trust everyone he is scared of getting hurt Tim is amazing thank you!!!!!
Paramount is always the one I call for my mother. She is in her 90’s and has fallen several times. The paramedics have always been so kind, gentle and patient on the 3 calls and go beyond. For example on the last call they knew she was concerned about her hair, what she had on and her flowers needing water. They took care of everything and these small tokens of caring really helped ease the situation. Thank you Paramount! She always talks about how nice you were.
