This place is the worst place EVER! Management lies. No one does what they say they will do until a review is written as such. And then may still not do anything. Maintenance request have to be put it over and over again nc it isn’t seen on their part at the office. The management is inconsistent and they train their employees to be inconsistent and constantly have them tell tenants or whomever someone is in a meeting or not present at the time. Horrible experience DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I absolutely hate it. Maintenance is horrible. Buildings are trashed. They do not stick with agreements made prior to move in.

Bettie I love it here. The manager Mrs. Candy and her assistant Nitra made the process so easy for me to move. As long as you have all the information they need to process, the move will be swift. My kids love it here.
I enjoyed touring the Paramount 3800. The staff was very friendly, office was neat and clean and I absolutely adored the setup down to the leasing office to the bedroom units. Everything was well kept.
PLEASE READ So when moving out here I was very skeptical Because from the beginning I could tell the staff does not communicate we got the wrong information countless times .However they convinced us that this was a mistake and wouldn’t happen again so we moved in within the first week two of our Toilets stop flushing the sinks were clogged and it took about a week for Maintenance to come fast forward two months living here my toilet is still not working the ceiling in my roommates room has been falling off .The oven light d... read more
Love it here The paramount is a great place to stay and the event for silent party was amazing
Paramount 3800 has MOLD in the apartments and the property management knew about it in July 2019 BEFORE the students moved in August.
This place is horrible. Immature staff members. The staff members constantly lie to customers, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails, charge fees for no reason, managers stay locked up in the office. I don’t recommend anyone living here nor letting their college student live here. They asked me to take the other review down to do something they promised on August 15, prior to me doing the first review.
