Mediocre I lived here for a little over two years. The size of the apartments are nice, and I was able to rent it at a decent price. Within 15-20 minutes of the complex are a bunch of restaurants and shopping, and just down the street is a good mechanic. I never had a roach problem while living here. Maintenance is hit or miss. It seems to change hands a lot. Maintenance is always punctual, but sometimes you get some who knows what he is doing, and other times the guy seems clueless. A MUST SEE! Just toured this development and fell in love. Immaculate buildings with beautiful amenities. The staff are extremely courteous! This is a must see!

Unless you're desperate, don't consider living here I moved in Feb 2021. Several things have happened: 1) I was given the wrong key 2) the cleaning lady was still at my apt when I was trying to move in, which was pushed back 2 days, and she did a HORRIBLE job at cleaning. 3) I had broken/missing cabinet doors, food was left in the dishwasher, dust was EVERYWHERE, the one toilet was broken and looked like it was sitting for years in an abandoned warehouse, several outlets didn't work, etc. I was very upset because I was expec... read more
RUN do not rent from these people... this is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Its a complete rip off for the students. Roaches all over!!!!! Just completely nasty!!!!!!!! One star because I had to leave that to rate or else it would've been nothing!! shut it down..
0 stars. Worst management I have ever experienced. As a licensed real estate broker, I can tell you that there are several flaws in their management systems as well as their leases and contracts. They are taking advantage of their young customers and delivering unsatisfactory service.
Happy Here This is a nice place to live. A lot of work is being done under the new management to make it even better. Situated behind the ECU Recreational Complex, where we walk around the lake with our two dogs or play frisbee. There is another nature park within 5 minutes if you like to go fishing or even a public golf course nearby.
