RUN do not rent from these people... this is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Its a complete rip off for the students. Roaches all over!!!!! Just completely nasty!!!!!!!! One star because I had to leave that to rate or else it would've been nothing!! shut it down..
0 stars. Worst management I have ever experienced. As a licensed real estate broker, I can tell you that there are several flaws in their management systems as well as their leases and contracts. They are taking advantage of their young customers and delivering unsatisfactory service.
This place is the worst place EVER! Management lies. No one does what they say they will do until a review is written as such. And then may still not do anything. Maintenance request have to be put it over and over again nc it isn’t seen on their part at the office. The management is inconsistent and they train their employees to be inconsistent and constantly have them tell tenants or whomever someone is in a meeting or not present at the time. I enjoyed touring the Paramount 3800. The staff was very friendly, office was neat and clean and I absolutely adored the setup down to the leasing office to the bedroom units. Everything was well kept.
