I was an 8 year tenant at Paramont Woods / of Prime Management and can't speak highly enough about my experience as a tenant. The building was beautiful and extremely well-kept. The maintenance staff was proactive, courteous, professional and responsive (though rarely necessary in my 8 years there). Linda and her staff at Prime Management were kind, extremely helpful, and had great communication with the tenants. If I didn't move to New York City, I'd still be living there! While I lived here, I was routinely disrespected by the property management company. I received the distinct impression of annoyance with any questions I asked. It was clear that tenant well-being was not valued in the slightest. I was given inaccurate information and requests were in all cases ignored. Maintenance requests were ignored for weeks. More often then not, the issue was never resolved even when they visited. Knowing what I know now, I would never have signed a lease here.

Linda, Kenny, and the Prime Team were outstanding for the year I lived here. Loved the floor plan. When we moved in we had new counters, bathroom tiles and appliances. When we noticed a few minor breaks/marks/tears, we simply walked into Linda's office where she took diligent notes and had all issues fixed that day! Would absolutely live here again!
