I hired Paramo Landscaping to re seed my existing lawn. The owner and his crew threw down top soil, scattered the grass seed on top of the soil, but never raked it into the soil. They just covered it with a straw blend that was left in piles on top of the seed. As a result, the seeds did not completely sprout and I'm left with a spotty lawn. A. I am not at all happy with Paramor Landscaping. For anyone looking to have seeding done on their lawn I would look elsewhere. The owner charged me a hefty sum to plant grass and assured me he would be available if it didn't grow. It has grown in a very spotty way and despite many calls to his office, he has refused to come up and fix the problem. I would not recommend him or use his services again. BUYER BEWARE!!!
