My father was injured by their staff during a catheter insertion, which required a trip to hospital emergency room. I had to report this to Paramed, and after seeking supervisor input via phone and email, no one has returned my call. Also, they had planned to send back the same staff who caused injury even after I notified them of injury
I believe their staff may be overstretched. After an injury incident with my father caused by Paramed, we have gone with a company that seems to have more expertise (Care Partners).
Some psw r excellent but all r late and the staff who schedule do not tell u when the PSW arrival time will be changed. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right is doing. Scheduling is terrible. Their service raised my high BP and left me sitting in tears on many occasions. I would not recommend paramed to anyone
Disorganized and incompetent company, our interactions with this company was extremely frustrating, trying to get a hold of someone is almost impossible. DO NOT USE this company.
