I would give Zero, except for 1 exceptional PSW, from this company. She has been to see me twice now. Some i question wether they had training! I have a shower chair, can't stand long enough. But most expect me to get the bathroom ready for them as well as the shower. Have to ask please can you wash my back. ETC. Then i have to clean the bathroom after. Supposed to have 3 times aweek. The nurse just stopped coming one day and I’m diabetic with a huge wound in my toe. Now my toe feels all kinds of pain. Very unprofessional! Update still no nurse and I will be suing if something happens to one of my toes.
