The nurse just stopped coming one day and I’m diabetic with a huge wound in my toe. Now my toe feels all kinds of pain. Very unprofessional!
paramed PSWs are completely unprofessional and they make the patient/client relationship feel strained. it is awkward having to remind adults to be respectful of your home's cleanliness but we have to do it for every new PSW, and sometimes multiple times. they stay with the client for a rushed 15-20 minutes instead of the required hour, but get paid for that hour. my family member remains unclean and sitting in filth for days if we don't mention anything! most PSWs do not call ahead to let us know what time they're coming an... read more
