Para med forgot they are there to assist the clients, not the other way around. I told them from the beginning that I needed a cleaner at a certain time and why. They did not accommodate the first week, so I had to cancel. They did the second week, then it was a battle every week to get them to accommodate me. I have never had to call and complain weekly for the same issue for the first month and 1/2 of a service before. Paramed are one of the worst services around. I wish I can give 0 stars , paraMed I’m former worker, they don’t care about their workers, you work long hours and then every pay-check you must spend time to discuss your hours you work hard, clear communication and understanding is missing, clients are always telling you their frustrations about feeling neglected by ParaMed, I spent very stressful time working with them.
Horrible experience so far. Was supposed to have someone help my mom post surgery. So far Received 6 calls and every time new voice and new appointment time. Not a great experience so far. Not effective utilization of healthcare funds.
