Ridiculous company , they have PSWs who come To do home care, and break your belongings , try to make it your problem , dealing with the company is like pulling teeth from a tiger. Negligent people , careless PSWs who don’t take accountability for their actions It’s sad to know that these careless ppl come into disabled people’s homes and elderly , and have no regard for what they break Management sucks and this whole company should be investigated.

If I could, I would put -5 starts. Do not use. Even if offered by Ontario Health at Home. Beyond unreliable. We need to advocate for them to stop be associated with public services. They take the $$ but forget to offer the service. I will be lodging a complaint through Public Health Ontario.

Scam These guys come to your house do absolutely nothing to help you and then when you try to contact them you can never get a hold of them. They'll drop your case and give you the run around to just get the help you need. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY!

We’ve just started this process with my 80yr old parent. They call at 9pm at night and say someone will be coming the next day at 9am. It’s impossible to plan things or schedule appointments for yourself to do while they’re at your home when they call so late at night. 9am rolls around and nobody shows up. 10am, nobody… call and follow up at 11am and they tell you there’s a sick call and someone can’t come until 4pm and that’s only if THEY have the time.
