Have wonderful caring nurses
After 3 years of terrible treatment I finally found these reviews. Apparently I am not alone. Except for a very few people, the workers are grim even surly and do the least they can possibly get away with. And they get away with a lot—my complaints never seem to be acted upon. One workers stood and watched me lie on the floor in agony after a fall—for 20 minutes while I wept begging him to call 911 for help for me. He stood. Watched.
