This company has been absolutely TERRIBLE for reliable home care. Employees are never who calls the evening before to say they are coming, they are always late and the supervisors have 1000 excuses and some days nobody even shows up with no reason why. There is ZERO consistency and ZERO accountability for their lack or service. Caretakers rely on home care to show up so they can get to appointments and do errands etc and this company has no care or regard for their responsibility to provide this as their business!!! Terrible service. Mom mother with Dementia has been left alone for days / hours at a time. Cannot call and get an answer, different staff daily. Our schedule is quite easy 10-5 Monday to Friday. Sometimes they show at 8 am leave at 2 pm. Staff do not speak good English or understand English. The fact that the NS government subsidizes this comp at to help keep people at home and out of hospitals is disappointing. Staff are on phones all day with ear plugs in. They are not organized and hire staff who have no idea what they are doing. One was sent who arrived late, did not know how to turn a vacuum on and asked where to plug it in even though there were multiple plugs visible. She left 15 min early and I only receive help for an hour so coming late and leaving early and needed step by step instructions that were obvious. My regular care person is very good but I am not advised when she won't be coming. They don't return calls or answer the phone to advise you off change. I have be... read more
They promised for helping in PR but this time they are refusing to provide paperwork. Its so unfair … Too much bad experience . Moreover, They also hiring new staff nowadays while giving fake expectations. Please stay away from this company . If you need PR help .
