I was truly amazed and thankful for the home care I received from Paramed. I had care for a post surgery wound. Nurse Rachel was assigned to my case. I was immediately at ease. She sure knew what she was doing and she was so gentle with her care. She was so good that I healed up quickly with no complications. Actually maybe too quickly because I really enjoyed her visits. The most unorganized facility I have ever been to. They have no proper reception for easy booking and rescheduling. You have to call and be transferred to there coordinator in which requires you to wait for sometimes 10 minutes or more and sometimes a call back. I called about air in my husband's tubing as I was very concerned about the amount. And I never received a call back in regards to that. We had to go to emerge. They don't follow medical schedules properly! They're always calling to reschedule and scheduling wrong da... read more
