The most unorganized facility I have ever been to. They have no proper reception for easy booking and rescheduling. You have to call and be transferred to there coordinator in which requires you to wait for sometimes 10 minutes or more and sometimes a call back. I called about air in my husband's tubing as I was very concerned about the amount. And I never received a call back in regards to that. We had to go to emerge. They don't follow medical schedules properly! They're always calling to reschedule and scheduling wrong da... read more
Nurse Mary is the best. Patient, kind and understanding. Godsend
I would say the foot care service is a joke. Poor assessment, treatment and communication with family, POA and family doctor. I would add a photo but frankly it is too gruesome. I will sum it up with saying the nurse failed to properly assess an ischemic foot with gangrene.
