Horrible horrible care and service . The staff are rude and some just breeze in and out in less than a minute . Some of them have difficulty communicating. They lie against the clients, they don’t even follow the care plan . Some do not even know what they are there for . It’s a nightmare dealing with this agency
Most of the staff are good. This office has yelling and shouting culture. Never seen women in a professional workplace swearing and yelling this badly. Work pressure is too much. When staff sends written complain to supervisor manager they are so skilled and cautious in covering up, they don't reply to the email. As if they have not read your message.
