Decent Pay, Great Company Great energy, growing business, by far the best people. Most of all I can honestly say that this is the first consulting company where I feel "in control" of my destiny without being asked to sell out. I feel that leadership wants consultants to carve their own path, make their own game. So far good experience since last 8 years.

Outstanding Experience with PARAM It’s my 6 months here working with Param and my experience with them have just been outstanding. I am glad to work with PARAM I went to Param at December 2009 after disappointed from 4 different consulting firms. I don't have any complain against them, they all were trying hard for me. But didn't get any project. When I came to Param they want me to join QA training besides they starts my marketing. Honestly speaking I didn't wanted to join but they insist me and give me option to don't pay until I get a project.
