Chef Joey Gibson is doing a great job with his food creations! Even though I am truly not a sausage lover, I loved the Kasekrainer sausage with spatzle, roasted cabbage and apples. The burrata and beets was delicious, as was the ricotta crostino. Cool atmosphere. Fantastic service. Fun wine pairings. Gibson stopped and talked with our party of 4 and he's a relaxed, accessible, chef aficionado, clearly obsessed with creating good food!

If you're new to Parallel: It's a restaurant defined by it's refined but approachable menu, wine list, and atmosphere. It truly is a wonderful restaurant for almost any function and day of the week. You're always greeted with a smile and leave with one. 😊
What an amazing restaurant! Highly recommend this delicious wine bar. Everything we ordered was delicious but the hushpuppies were worth a 2nd order! The staff was very helpful with their wine recommendations and the service was impeccable. I am looking forward to my next visit. Happy 100th perfect review!!!

Didn't love the mushroom ravioli,but the Birria was AMAZING! Wines and cheese plates were fabulous
