I tried to rent an apartment here but my move in date is a few weeks away. When I plan to apply this week. They just canceled the 1500$ off this week and I have 0 chance to use it. This is really unfair and it’s playing with the customer. I will not accept that I have to pay the additional 1500$ just because my move in date is a few weeks away and I can’t apply last week.
I haven’t lived at Parallel but I had the pleasure of meeting Emily for a tour and she has been such a great help in my apartment hunt. She was patient with me with all of my questions, super helpful with her suggestions of different Prometheus sites and very accommodating with scheduling my self guided tours. She also provided me with very helpful information about the different cities (Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Cupertino) and the Pros and cons of choosing to live in each of them. Francisco from the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. When I had a leaking issue in my apartment, he came immediately and fixed the problem. He was very kind and professional. I really appreciate his help!
Super cute community and friendly staff. While visiting my cousin who recently moved to this community, we decided to used the pool at Shadowbrook. Thalia from the leasing office was friendly and attentive she offer to give us a tour of the amenities.
Beto and Omar were awesome. They helped take care of a wasp nest we had, and I really appreciated how careful and quick they were with it. They also helped install some curtains, and everything turned out great. Super easy to work with, friendly, and just really solid guys. Definitely glad they were around to help out!
