Super cute community and friendly staff. While visiting my cousin who recently moved to this community, we decided to used the pool at Shadowbrook. Thalia from the leasing office was friendly and attentive she offer to give us a tour of the amenities.
Beto and Omar were awesome. They helped take care of a wasp nest we had, and I really appreciated how careful and quick they were with it. They also helped install some curtains, and everything turned out great. Super easy to work with, friendly, and just really solid guys. Definitely glad they were around to help out!
I recently moved in and the experience has been great so far. The process was smooth, the staff has been friendly, and the apartment was clean and felt brand new. Emely and Brandon were both very helpful throughout. I did a virtual tour first, then visited in person, and they made everything easy. I had a few minor issues when I moved in but maintenance came quickly to fix them. The walls were also freshly painted which made the space feel even more new and welcoming. Overall, a great move-in experience!
