Several safety concerns regarding trespassers. There are no security cameras or guards. Many times random people walk through harassing residents. Just last night some Hispanic man went through trash, took photo of my license plate, mine and ranted. Property manager says it's not their responsibility but it's a courtesy of they have petrol here. Their after hour petrol doesn't respond and is very reluctant. Police says it's the landlord's responsibility.
**Make sure you check all the appliances are working before you move-in because it is very hard to get them fixed afterwards!** ---- Update 3: Deborah(The Property Director) responded promptly with an email right my review and sent a maintenance guy on the following day and after. However, after we've been taking every morning off for the whole week for these maintenance visits, our dishwasher just quickly broke after they claimed it was fix within the same day and keep making leakage onto the floors Every Single Day. cancelled tour 25 minutes before the scheduled time. Edit: they rectified and offered me the tour right after, lady was sweet and polite.
almost anything you need is within 15 minutes. downtown sunnyvale, cupertino main street, whatever grocery store you like, and some of the best food in the bay area. this review isn’t about that. the interior and exterior are nicely done. no major bug problems. concrete walls. gas range. in unit w/d. no one living above or below you. the office people are generally nice. maintenance is generally quick to resolve problems. but god help you if you ever need to contact anyone over the phone. over the past year i’ve left so many... read more
