I recently moved in and the experience has been great so far. The process was smooth, the staff has been friendly, and the apartment was clean and felt brand new. Emely and Brandon were both very helpful throughout. I did a virtual tour first, then visited in person, and they made everything easy. I had a few minor issues when I moved in but maintenance came quickly to fix them. The walls were also freshly painted which made the space feel even more new and welcoming. Overall, a great move-in experience!

In total agreement with the previous comment about Thalia, who provided us professional service with great patience and always a smile on her face, taking care of our requests promptly (special thanks to Beto, who fixed the dusty bathroom fan & faulty freezer door!). I truely belive this place deserve a serious consideration of your next stay in a cozy, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Serach no longer and give this place a chance.
I have to say, I’m really impressed with the apartments at Parallel! Driving up to the location, I noticed it's just a 10- to 15-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants, super convenient. Several safety concerns regarding trespassers. There are no security cameras or guards. Many times random people walk through harassing residents. Just last night some Hispanic man went through trash, took photo of my license plate, mine and ranted. Property manager says it's not their responsibility but it's a courtesy of they have petrol here. Their after hour petrol doesn't respond and is very reluctant. Police says it's the landlord's responsibility.
