If you would have asked me a year ago if you should live here I would say 100% but it’s gone downhill from drug bust to sex trafficking to pool parties at 2am. Makes me sad that once was a wonderful community to what it’s become.
I currently live here, and would not recommend this place to anyone. We received our apartment in horrible shape, dirt floors, dirty counter top, pieces of the vinyl flooring coming off, fridge not working properly, and a list of 15 other problems at the time of move-in (have photo evidence). Management is careless, very nonchalant, unless money is a big issue for you, go next door, anything may be better than this apartment complex. Dont renthere this place is very dirty .they do not keep up with carpet in hallways very dirty from dog stains to liquid drop from residence .carport were trash cans are have stains and very sticky ..BEWARE THERE RATS IN HALLWAYS ABD AND BY TRASH CANS ..i come home late see them running in hallways . UDR MANAGEMENT THE WORST.see pictures
I came to visit my niece for the weekend and I was blown away at how unbelievably fun and beautiful the amenities are. The leasing team was also so friendly and welcoming.
