All the staff are excellent, they listen to all concerns and address them quickly and professionally. I'm thankful for the management for selecting such a wonderful team from top to bottom. I love living here and strongly recommend it to anyone looking to move. Wishing you a happy new year!
This cimmunity was a referral from some of my friends already staying at the property. I had a great tour with Grant & Jahaira back in November. They were super friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating, and even while I was overseas for almost 2 months, they stayed responsive & helpful. I’m back now & reached out ready to sign a lease.
I lived at this apartment complex for five years, and unfortunately my experience steadily declined. During my time here, management changed almost every year, which created constant inconsistency, miscommunication, and lack of accountability. Maintenance staff tried their best with what they were given, but the overall quality of repairs was extremely poor. I just wanted to say my visit to parallax apartments was well worth my time today. I was greeted with a smile and whole lot of help that l was not expecting. I walked through the campus and weighed out different options for myself, l felt comfortable with my decision and application today. So happy !
