I've been seeing Deepak for Crohns disease for several years now. He is an extremely knowledgeable gastroenterology but he does not value his patient's time at all. He has made me wait 15 to 45 minutes after my appointment time at every single appointment without fail. He always says "sorry for the delay" but he isn't. He just doesn't value anyone's time but his own. He is an effective and highly competent doctor otherwise.
I can not thank Dr Deepak and his amazing staff for the wonderful care of my husband who suffers with severe Crohn’s disease. Any time we need an appointment or just a question answered they are right on it. Jessica and Monika are awesome! They know who I am any time I call with questions about my husband. Dr Deepak has always taken exceptional care of my husband and we trust his knowledge about what is best for my husband’s health!

On two occasions, this doctor attempted to prescribe something that is contraindicated with another prescription that I take. On the second occasion, I found out after completing 20 hours of testing for a trial, which could have been avoided had he taken 5 mins to review my medical info and the study requirements. In addition, he tried prescribing something that had previously been prescribed and hadn’t worked, which I had to remind him of. I don’t think he ever took the time to look at my info.
