I think I called 12 different solar companies to try to get someone out to help me fix our system. The company we hired to install solar went bankrupt, leaving all of us high and dry without the warranty they promised. Paragon promptly returned. My call showed up when it was promised, went above and beyond to solve my issue. They even scheduled a follow up call a week after our appointment to confirm that everything was working perfectly. I've had the pleasure of working with Cori on our solar with backup battery design and installation and we are thoroughly impressed with Cori and her team of installers. They've all been amazing, efficient, and most importantly the installation is absolutely quality work. Once we were up and running after SCE's approval, my home's been powered mostly by solar and the battery packs. I need some help with my solar panels. There are so few reliable companies out there but fortunately I came across ParagonSun. Their team was quick to respond and help me try and reset the system myself. When that didn’t work they sent a technician who quickly solved the problem. Highly recommend their service for installation or maintenance

Cori and the Paragon Team have been great (especially after my last installer experience). Their follow up and attention to detail have been awesome. I would highly recommend.
