This place is boring and too many old people that leave their belongings at the pool, usually by the sun seating. Makes it nearly impossible to go out and get a tan by the pool.

A very welcoming environment with great management support from the Community Manager, Aubrey, and her team! If you’re looking for a new home, I highly recommend visiting. 🙂
The management is horrible. You must pay $63 a month for your trash (That they rarely pick up) You must pay $45 a month so you can lock your door and turn on the AC Power in the kitchen continues to go out. It takes a while for hot water to come out of the faucet. They came to fix the toilet, but it came apart just a few weeks after. Moving here was the biggest regret of 2025. UDATE: (LAST PIC) they constantly give random charges, but don’t explain why?! Last month got charged $70 this month got charged $44
