Dirty bathroom 🥲 i dont want to imagine the kitchen
Poor management, lazy and money hungry landlord.
I am a current tenant at one of the properties owned by Paragon. I have lived in 3 other places before coming here, and it has been probably one of the best experiences I have had with a landlord. Whenever a problem arose and something had to be fixed/replaced, it was done so by next day. Lived in one of Paragon waters properties for 4 years, anytime anything needed to be fixed someone would be there at most within 24 hrs. All my concerns were always addressed and I was always give adequate notice if someone was coming to the house to fix or complete a project. Never had any problems with the management company during my stay there.
