I've called and called. A couple times I have gotten a live person. They always say they will call me back but they never do. I have no idea about the quality of their work or their price, but their customer service on the front end was pretty lousy. They were recommended to me by a friend, so they might be good. I just couldn't get to the point of getting a quote or scheduling work.
I regret to say that I posted a bad review on the wrong Paragon Tile. Please disregard my previous review. My sincere apologies to this business
We have been using Paragon Tile & Stone for several remodels on our home. They have re-done our master shower after a faulty install someone else did and then we had them do our guest shower. The workmanship is something else. I am still in awe of the detail of everything they do. Re: the guest shower, every grout line is perfect, all the tiles wrap and match perfectly, and after years of use, the shower still looks brand new.
