Terrible customer service, I can’t seem to control the system from there and so if the alarm goes off, you’re screwed. Highly recommend finding another company. What an alarm system went off the customer agent actually hung up on us because she was too concerned about the next call. Never again.!
I have been a customer with Paragon for nearly a decade now. I cannot say enough good things about the company and their service. It's a family-run business who treats their customers really well. The products and service is top notch!
I have personally been a paragon customer since I bought my first home in 1998, and my family were customers long before that for home and business. I have always enjoyed working with this company and would never want to change. The cost is very reasonable. The staff is always friendly. The few times we have had technical issues, they were very responsive and came out promptly. I have never had a problem or complaint. I absolutely trust them with my security.
