From getting a quote to installation to follow-up calls from their Central Monitoring Center to check to see if we had any questions - it was so personal, friendly and engaging. Terrible customer service, I can’t seem to control the system from there and so if the alarm goes off, you’re screwed. Highly recommend finding another company. What an alarm system went off the customer agent actually hung up on us because she was too concerned about the next call. Never again.!
I have been a customer with Paragon for nearly a decade now. I cannot say enough good things about the company and their service. It's a family-run business who treats their customers really well. The products and service is top notch!
