I am severely dissapointed in my experience with Paragon stairs. When we received the stairs, we noticed they did not include center ballisters which leaves gigantic gaps inbetween the main ballisters. This is not safe at all and I am severely dissapointed that this was not addressed by the company. They claim to be the most consultive spiral stair company but they sold me dangerous stairs. We will see if they are willing to make things right as I have contacted the company.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with an agent (Steve). I simply asked if I can send the floor plans to so if there were any stair options priced lower than $35K, and he immediately assumed I wanted a 50% discount. His response was extremely rude, he said I looked at the floor plan when I have time, I ended up having to hang up the call.
Love the stairs. They were shipped earlier than expected. I had no trouble reading and understanding the instructions. With the help of a friend we were able to get them built in just a few hours. Removed the old ladder and replaced it with the stairs.
From first contact to support during installation, Paragon exceeded all expectations. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend this company.
Needed a Spiral staircase as everything else was way too big. Contacted Dave Shaver at Paragon and we built the perfect stair for my Library. Arrived in perfect condition. Fit perfectly and looks stunning! Highly recommend for masterfully built stair and customer Service. Bravo Dave!
