I was impressed with the quality of the stairs. Paragon did not scrimp on the metal used for the platforms, poles and treads. They are sturdier than some other spiral stairs that I have used, and that was a big plus. they are quite solid to walk on and should be quite durable. I'm very pleased with them. Took a couple weeks to do most of the work myself but, overall, everything went well. Had to Google some things to resolve a few little issues encountered but directions were adequate for the most part. Everything arrived intact and all parts were accounted for and in good shape when shipment arrived. Our sale rep, Brian, was very thorough and helpful in the planning process and made the experience a positive one. Thanks Brian!
