Bike price is 5 star You need anything related to indoor and outdoor high quality sports equipment, this is the place to go. Sales were great and prices resaonalbe. Sales people were friendly and helpful. Have a question, they got the answer. Big but not better Despite a good reputation, it's expensive with prices 5-10% higher than specialist stores, and much worse service. Stick with smaller stores who value their customers - Paragon is now so big and so busy they don't have the expertise or time to spend on you.
Paragon Sports -- personal attention Paragon Sports is a wonderful alternative to the "chain" sporting goods stores. The employees are always very friendly and knowledgable. The prices are competable with the other sporting goods stores in the area. They have everything you could imagine in sporting goods. For being in the middle of New York City -- the store is fairly large and has a lot too offer.
big but expensive you are likely to find whatever sporting goods related item youre looking for- from skiwear to rollerblades, bicycles and workout wear. However, this is usually brand name high-end gear and therefore expensive. good selction of sneakers and workout wear on the lower level. if you aer looking to buy a nice looking and quality jacket and willing to pay $$, this is a good place to look.
Paragon Sports Paragon Sports has been around for over 30 years dispensing advice and supplying New Yorkers with quality sporting goods. I used to buy camping gear there in the 1970's and I still have some of it and it still works. The staff know there stuff and don't try to sell you things you don't need. An excellent store.
For all your sports needs This Manhattan establishment has everything you need to be active in an urban environment. Clothes, balls and rackets are being sold and sometimes not at your typical Manhattan prices. The also sell the season tennis pass here.
Be sure you dont have to pee. Paragon Sports is a relativly high end sports dealer. As anyone who plans to buy sporting equipment in Manhatten expects, they do have high prices for a lot of things. Some things though are very well priced and their sales are very good. I've been there several times and was very pleased. The last time I was there though, I needed to use the women's bathroom. excellent sporting goods store Paragon is an excellent sporting goods store. It has a huge selection of goods and the staff is very helpful and knowledeable...they take the time to explain what the right selection. I usually go there for any type of sporting good and find what i need.
