Ashley and the entire team at Paragon are the BEST! Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to every concern. The care I receive is always thorough and personalized, and I leave every appointment feeling confident, informed, and well cared for.
Appointment was 12:30. Put in exam room 1:25. Told she still had 2 more patients ahead of us so wouldn't get seen until 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment. Staff rude & didn't care, blamed wait on new computer system. No apologies or explanations even when I said going to find a new doctor because this is unacceptable. I stayed with this doctor even after misdiagnosing my wife with skin cancer. And I am also a physician and never made my patients wait without an explanation and apology. Unacceptable!
Visit with Ashley was good. My issues were taken care of qyickly.
Thank you Dr Handler and the staff at Paragon. I was very anxious about having Moh's surgery but coming to you was the right decision.
