Used previously, was extremely happy. They fixed one of my AC's and replaced the other. This time out it was a call for service instead they told me my unit condenser fan cannot be replaced and I need a new unit. They then charged me 60 dollars for them to sell me on a unit.The sales person who showed up for the service call. Poked his finger at the unit and called his sales manager. We just had Brennan come out to fix our A/C unit and replace a zone motor. He was on time, fast, and efficient. He broke everything down into simple terms and showed us photos of all diagnostics. Excellent job!! The whole team does a fantastic job of communicating through their app, which shows up in a text thread on the customer side.

My air conditioner broke down and Paragon was able to fix it quickly. The technician was very professional and explained all the repairs with great detail. My preferred HVAC company!
