I’ve used Paragon Sanitation for 32 years. I recently switched to another company advertising significantly lower monthly rates, only to discover a long list of extra fees that quickly added up. Paragon welcomed me back without hesitation, picked up my trash from my own cans during the transition, and made the process easy and respectful. Sometimes you don’t realize the value of reliable, straightforward service until you try something else. I’m glad to be back.
The service was excellent. Pricing was expensive. But I was happy until I cancelled service. Requested cancellation of service first if March for April 1st. They decided to pick up the cans on March 25th so the didn't have to bill for one day in April but didn't hesitate to bill me for service from March 1st until March 31st. They can bill me for 6 days of usage when they removed the cans. Remove my cans and bill me for 6 days but didn't want to bill me for 1 day in April. Billing me for days that I don't have cans! I usually don’t do Google reviews but Paragon deserves it. Paragon treats their customers like family and go above and beyond than any other trash companies. I’ve used paragon for the last 2 years and I almost always set out my toter on every Thursday but there has been a few times I forgot. Paragons workers noticed my trash wasn’t out like usual and went to the house and emptied it for me, I was beyond thankful. Best neighbors you could ever have! Always helpful and friendly, from office staff to the dudes that come by and pickup huge loads of renovation garbage. Just great folks all around that probably don’t get the thanks they deserve. :)
Best service! I tried three different services and this one is top notch! Consistently helpful and on time! So thankful they took over!
