Jonathon is very knowledgeable and easy to work with! He was quick to respond to questions, followed up to make sure everything was going well, and came back the next day to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Paragon Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof! We were very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends/family.
We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. Jonathan H. was the first point of contact—he came out quickly after we called, assessed the damage, and even placed a tarp over the roof to prevent further leaking while we waited for the full replacement (prior companies we called and came out did not even offer to do this). We had a great experience from start to finish with Paragon replacing our roof. Jonathan was wonderful with making sure we were able to get the color we were imagining, diligently checking in on the crew throughout the process and smoothly worked with our insurance. I would recommend Pargon Roofing 100%. Johnathan Hammons was very informational, considering and understandable. My house had wind damage and Johnathan was very helpful dealing with the insurance company. Johnathan is very knowledgeable with the roofing codes and laws.
