This has been a safe , quiet place to live. I dont feel my neighbors who are elderly and should live without water. Also there has been NO MAINTENENCE on our community. Paragon has had our community swimming pool closed down for 2 years now. They collect over $11,000 a MONTH from us! Where is our money going? Not into our community! I am giving Paragon 1 star.

The manager of this company is terrible!!! Never responds to emails regarding home improvement requests or areas in the community that need attention. $50 each month is charged to each household in the community as a maintenance fee, yet when a homeowner wants to ask questions about the services these funds are used to pay for, they are ignored.
