Paragon realty is a lazy strata management company. My emails ,more often than not, go unanswered... as do my phone calls. I have also been towed from my shared parking lot multiple times by them despite having a parking pass posted and a note left on why I'm not parking in my underground in that particular instance. I have also had flooding come from above my sweet twice and they have refused to do anything about it. What good are they? Why does our strata pay them?

I am a tenant in a commercial building managed by Paragon Realty in Surrey. The staff at Paragon are absolutely lovely! Not what you would expect from a property management company at all. They answer when you call or email right away. They have gone above and beyond to address and fix any issues we have had over the past 2 years. Would highly recommend them!
