As strata President for many years, Paragon have been excellent partners in navigating a difficult complex of neighbours unwilling to spend on repairs. I see a comment below from a neighbour who never once got involved and only complains and voted no to repairs. Paragon knows all the ins and outs of strata laws very well. I could not have asked for a better management company. More helpful neighbours, yes.

Sadly, I have to say that this is the worst strata management company we have experienced in our lifetime. Despite multiple strata fee increases in recent years, the quality of maintenance and financial management has fallen far below acceptable standards. Our strata fees have been increased several times to raise “additional funds,” yet no detailed explanations were provided in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) notices.
