I was very happy with Paragon during the more than 14 years that they were property managers at my complex. My inquiries were always responded to in a quick and timely manner.
We've had the pleasure of working with Jose on several projects. Professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
As strata President for many years, Paragon have been excellent partners in navigating a difficult complex of neighbours unwilling to spend on repairs. I see a comment below from a neighbour who never once got involved and only complains and voted no to repairs. Paragon knows all the ins and outs of strata laws very well. I could not have asked for a better management company. More helpful neighbours, yes.
Had an amazing experience with Paragon. Quick responses and dealt with any issues or concerns I had in a timely manner. Thank you for making this such a delightful experience! Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience with the Paragon team. They are responsive and professional, Joshua especially was very helpful and swift with his responses. I would highly recommend them!
