Paragon Property Management is the best company around. I lost my job a year ago and EI took forever kicking in and I fell behind on my rent. Paragon was understanding and helped me get through this. Not too many would and would've kicked us out long ago! But they didn't and my family and I are very appreciative! Thank you so much Paragon!
Call them with safety issues and they call you a liar and call to yell at you!!! Wonderful customer service. Really shows they carw about anyone. SLUMLORDS at their finest. Don't care about properties, buildings or tenants. Disgusting to say the absolute least. 🤮🤯 Just a few of MANY pictures... over less then 1 yr span. Don't like living in further? Don't rent from Paragon. Many excuses to come in follow up im am POSITIVE. It is what they're best at. Lies and deflecting.
I live In an Apt Building that PRagon Property management is supposed to looked after. DONT BELIECE IT. They do absolutely nothing in Maintenance. Our Building lost hot water back in early June. 2 weeks to get hot water back.Had too get bylaw enforcement involved, July 2 went down again now it's up to approx 2 mo the before we will hear anything. Was thinking about renting a house with Lisa cant even do it cause she said tenants were responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance well if that's true the owner needs to compensate u and I told her that once I told her that she got rude and made false accusations against me and said I am no longer interested like me and my family have well more than enough money to rent the place in was looking at but she won't rent to me because im knowledge in landlord tenant board law like I feel so descriptive against its unbeli... read more
Jill helped show us a few apartments and was amazing!!! She answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. She is very professional and friendly. It was a joy each time we went for a viewing. She is a very easy person to talk to and very caring. She made a huge difference in the stress of looking for a new home.
