Paragon get's it done. I was originally recommended to Paragon last year by a personal paralegal friend. I have no complaints about them, in fact, Jill and Sarah from Paragon have always been great to interact/deal with! While some property owners leave a lot to be desired, you have to understand the property managers can only do what they can do based on direction from property owners (for which the properties they manage). Call them with safety issues and they call you a liar and call to yell at you!!! Wonderful customer service. Really shows they carw about anyone. SLUMLORDS at their finest. Don't care about properties, buildings or tenants. Disgusting to say the absolute least. 🤮🤯 Just a few of MANY pictures... over less then 1 yr span. Don't like living in further? Don't rent from Paragon. Many excuses to come in follow up im am POSITIVE. It is what they're best at. Lies and deflecting.

Jill was very friendly and helpful when renting the apartment to me and Karen helped me sort out rent payment issues at the office downtown and over the phone. The apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. Thank you Paragon.

Ran only the second name on application, didnt bother to run the first name, fulltime employed with good credit. Based entire refusal on a part time disabled, not to mention, didnt even run this information by the landlord. Also lazy. Had to shovel the house walk for the view as paragon dodnt bother to check if the doors were clear. Go else where.
