Love the apartments and the set up but the management is a bit over doing it. Asks question to any guests coming in or out like they aren't supposed to be there, yelling at tenants or having other tenants record tenants in the parking garage at night. Like they are doing something wrong. People call the police on petty things such as taking a nap in the park in my car on a beautiful day. It's almost like it's a locked down facility like jail or something.
Our air conditioner quit working reliably on June 8. After a couple of repair attempts that didn’t achieve the desired results we finally got a working unit on July 26th. We did have portable units given to us that kept the apartment from being unbearable but the management of the repair was a disappointment.
Very prompt response and good communication.
